Queen was a band of classical rock and was born in Great Britain in 1970 when the group The Smile broke up. The group was composed by Roger Taylor(drums), Brian May(guitarist) and Freddie Mercury(vocalist),whose voice was very special. The band had the same bass player from the beginning until the end, John Dicon.
Queen is known as the best group in music history. Their work is very diverse.
The best songs of the group are “Bohemian Rhapsody”, “We are the champions”, “We will rock you”, and “Another one bites the dust”.

- On 24th of November 1991 Freddie Mercury died in his house from London, at the age of 45.
- In April 1992 took place a concert in Freddie Mercury’s honour
